This is one of the Cafe's on the second story of
the Tower. I wrote postcards from this table - if you didn't get one, that
was because I couldn't figure out how the poste worked and so stopped carrying
my address book around - then I ran into a tourist oriented poste and sent a
couple to addresses I had memorized
