VIP's getting a ride around the course - at one point the Mayor got a ride. Today was a busy day for the city - a 49'ers football game, the bike race, a Giants baseball game, an Oakland A's baseball game and the Volvo Big Boat Grand Prix out in the Bay. Additionally, there was a very large track & field meet going on - I guess we could do the 2012 Olympics after all !
